Purchase any 5 in 1 Red Date (10 sachets per box) or 9 in 1 Ba Zhen (10 sachets per box) in a single receipt from any participating outlets in Malaysia, within the Contest Period from 11 June 2024 – 31 July 2024.

Participants must retain ALL original printed receipts as Proof of Purchase. Only valid receipts (including printed e-receipts or delivery orders from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period will be accepted.
Terms & Conditions
Organiser, Duration & Eligibility
1. The ‘PopoMama: Healthy Period Healthy Women Contest (“Contest”) is organized by PopoMama Sdn. Bhd (1342674-T) ("Organiser"). This contest will begin from 11 June 2024 – 31 July 2024 ("Contest Period").
2. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions stated within.
3. This Campaign is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia ("Participants") who are eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid MyKad, except for employees of the Organizer, advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional providers of the Organizer, including their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, and their spouses).
4. Participants are entitled to enter this Contest with the purchase of any 5 in 1 Red Date (10 sachets per box) or 9 in 1 Ba Zhen (10 sachets per box) in a single receipt from any participating store during the Contest Period. The original receipt indicating date of from 11 June 2024 – 31 July 2024 must be retained as Proof of Purchase by Participant for verification.
- For purchase via online store, screenshot the order details (must show “Delivered” status) and / or Invoice (from email) / or delivery order with successful transaction / status a valid Proof of Purchase.
5. Trial pack (3 sachets or 1 sachet per pack) is not a participating product in this contest.
6. All contest entries must reach the Organiser before or by 31 July 2024.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend/revise and/or cancel any of these Terms & Conditions and/or the Contest Periods at any time.
8. Participants can submit more than one (1) submission but all submissions must include the original Proof of Purchase.
a) Purchase any one (1) of 5 in 1 Red Date (10 sachets per box) or 9 in 1 Ba Zhen (10 sachets per box) in a single receipt is valid for one (1) entry.
b) Purchase any two (2) of 5 in 1 Red Date (10 sachets per box) or 9 in 1 Ba Zhen (10 sachets per box) in a single receipt is valid for three (3) entries.
c) Exclusive for Watsons Member:
Purchase any one (1) of 5 in 1 Red Date (10 sachets per box) or 9 in 1 Ba Zhen (10 sachets per box) in a single receipt is valid for two (2) entries.
9. Contest entries which are incomplete, late, without original Proof of Purchase, or damaged will not be accepted.
10. Any expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to collect the Prize (if required), it is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser
1. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.
2. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ("Agency") to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the contest form entries for contest purposes.
3. The Organiser and/or its agent shall take necessary precautions to ensure that Participants' personal data is protected.
4. Values of prizes are accurate at the time of printing. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.
5. Prize(s) which are lost or damaged during the delivery process are not replaceable and the Organizer disclaims any obligations to neither replace nor fulfil these prizes.
6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, or the operation of the Contest and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Contest.
7. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and have given the Organiser the rights to use their name, address, photograph, particulars, documents and information for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation including, without limitation to any taping(s) and recording(s) in connection with the Contest.
8. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.

3rd Prize: PopoMama Super Shake worth RM109 x10 winners
Consolation Prize: Touch ‘n Go Reload PIN RM50 x20 winners
Note: Images of Prizes shown in any promotional collaterals, advertisements, publications/websites, and other materials relating to this Contest are for illustrative purposes only and may not depict the actual Prizes.
Selection & Announcement of Winners
1. There will be a total of thirty-three (33) prizes to be given away.
2. Each qualified entry (with the accurate contest answer) shall be assigned with a serial number from the pool of the qualifying entries and the shortlisted Winner shall be chosen through a computerized randomizer process subject to meeting the minimum criteria as set out in the terms and conditions herein.
3. Winners will be notified via the mobile numbers provided via WhatsApp entries within 4 - 6 weeks from the end of the Contest Period. All prizes must be collected within 30 days from the notice date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. All expenses incurred to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
4. All winners must abide by the Terms & Conditions imposed by the Organiser.
5. Each Participant can win only one [1] Prize throughout the entire Contest Period. All prizes are given on an "As is" basis and are not exchangeable for credit, cash, other items, or voucher, in part or in full.
6. If the Organiser is unable to reach the winner after 3 attempts in 3 days from the notice date, the Organiser has the right to choose the next eligible participant as a winner.

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") to consumers of PopoMama Sdn Bhd
Dear Consumers,
Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual ["Individual"]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular: -
a. That we ["Organiser"] collect Individual's personal data directly from the contest form entry.
b. Individual's personal data is collected for the ("Contest");
c. Individual has the right to access and correct their personal data once given;
d. Individual's personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;
e. The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Contest;
f. The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;
g. Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and

Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-
- Bahawa kami [“Penganjur”] mengumpul data peribadi anda daripada borang penyertaan Peraduan;
- Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk (“Peraduan”);
- Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetuklan data peribadi anda;
- Data peribadi Individu akan dikongsi dengan Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan;
- Data peribadi Individu akan diguna untuk tujuan Program sahaja;
